We didn’t set out to start another benefits company. We started ConnectPlan because we saw firsthand how frustrating traditional benefits could be — not just for owners, but for the people they’re meant to support.

That conversation lit the spark for ConnectPlan.

We called it ConnectPlan because that’s exactly what we do — we connect the plan to the people.
